What is the Aid Transition Alliance?

Senior women leaders came together in February 2025 to establish an emergency project to support all USAID staff. The project focuses on communication campaigns around the value of humanitarian and development assistance, crisis interventions for mental health and wellness, career transition support, and capturing decades of international development knowledge and expertise. With the support and fiscal sponsorship of Forward Global Philanthropy, the Aid Transition Alliance (AidTA) project launched in April 2025.
